Curriculum development from the perspective of teachers in primary education. Human nutrition

Abstract

The objective of this research is to provide a review of thinking and practicing teachers in primary education training on teaching human nutrition. Specifically, it is to figure out what aspects give more importance and extent promote the acquisition of an overview of nutrition. Comparisons between what you value as important are also set each group regarding the teaching of human nutrition, and contents taught / teach and evaluating / evaluated.
