On the gnomon. Searching answers to problems
Abstract
There are common the intuitive and qualitative approaches made in the School on the apparent movement of the sun across the sky in order to provide students observations to construct a model of the Sun-Earth system. This paper shows how to obtain data more accurately to provide students with a broader and deeper view of the model, to enable them to confront and solve everyday problems, and can be applied to different contexts, such as questioning social situations involving the sunlight. Keywords
