Characterization of experimental practices in school based on Primary and Secondary teachers speech
Abstract
In this article there appear the results of a questionnaire faced to the characterization of education practices in natural sciences, in particular those that involve approaches experimental. This one was answered by teachers of primary and secondary of public schools of province of Buenos Aires, Argentina; and it has allowed to characterize the starting point of a process of reflection combines on the proper teaching practice.One found that the experimental activities are not realized or are carried out by little frequency; the limitations mentioned by the teachers were of institutional, personal origin and curricular.As for the chosen and mentioned tasks, as well as the purposes of this type of activities, they sent to targets of conceptual knowledge and reflected a science image empirista, with pronounced emphasis on the observation.Keywords
