The return of everyday chemistry: regression or innovation?

Abstract

The use of everyday chemistry by secondary school science teachers is not completely new. Everyday chemistry is accepted by the majority of science teachers of all levels in education (university science teachers too). In this paper, we show the «boom» of everyday chemistry in science classes and we categorize everyday chemistry activities found in science educational conferences.
