Construcción de un instrumento para mirar profesionalmente la gestión comunicativa de docentes de matemática
Resumen
El objetivo del estudio es construir un instrumento para analizar y desarrollar la mirada profesional de la gestión comunicativa de docentes de matemática. Este artículo describe el proceso de construcción y validación de un instrumento, en cuatro fases, con dicho propósito. El instrumento está compuesto por actividades de vídeo, una rúbrica y lentes teóricos. El instrumento diseñado puede ser aplicado en programas de formación inicial y continua de docentes de Matemáticas donde se promueva el análisis de situaciones de aula, y en particular sobre la gestión comunicativa en esta. Además, la rúbrica diseñada podría ayudar a caracterizar el desarrollo de la mirada profesional sobre la gestión comunicativa en el aula en los programas de formación.
