Abstract

Technical aspects of a subject are, in general, taught by professionals that have received specific training but that have not been qualified in didactic aspects. The aim of this work is to carry out an exploratory study on the adaptation of the educational intervention of a group of teachers of the agro-industrial department of a high school of the National University of Tucuman, in connection with their level of professional formation, diploma and experience. We analyze the observations by the psychologist of the establishment, students’ opinions, teachers qualifications of the students and results of surveys to past-students. Most of the teachers demonstrated effort in their activities, although differences were evident among those who have pedagogic formation and those teachers that only transmit experience but lack a diploma for educational activities. It is necessary to perform an analysis of the means so that the institution stimulates the pedagogic and didactic training of its teachers.
